Through testing, treatment and strategy we're working to end the epidemic in New Jersey. Check out our website for valuable resources, testing sites, etc.
The New Jersey HIV Planning Group (NJHPG) supports the New Jersey Department of Health, Division of HIV, STD and TB Services (DHSTS) in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of HIV prevention, care, and treatment services. The NJHPG integrates the HIV Prevention and HIV Care & Treatment communities to make the best use of resources for both, while improving efficiency and effectiveness in planning in the state of New Jersey.
The funder of FIREWORX and statewide government entity charged with ending the HIV epidemic. NJDOH funds a range of clinical and support services for people with HIV across state in addition to supporting HIV prevention efforts.
A New York based non profit consultancy that centers individual and community stories and needs for the purpose of driving positive change through its clients that envisioned FIREWORX and created the partnerships behind it.
The creator of FIREWORX oral histories components that also provides comprehensive family-centered services to individuals, families, and children affected by HIV/AIDS and other social and health-related barriers.
